Get Inspired: Fall Home Decor

Ahhh… The leaves are changing, the nights are cooler, I think it is safe to say it is officially fall! Yes, the date may have come weeks ago, but we live in New Jersey and have been experiencing an extended summer as the temperature just would not drop! (No complaints here!) As we are well into October, we figured now would be a good time to start adding fall colors to each room! See our full fall decor now!

When better way to start the decor process, than in the kitchen! As I spend most of my time here, it is time to make the aromas of pumpkin in the air match the walls! I have a shelf on the hood just for decorations! For fall we added embellished pumpkins, bunches of silk flowers and vegetables and overflowing cornucopias. All the fall colors match perfectly to the color of the cabinets.

Head over to the living room  where we hung a fall inspired wreath over the fireplace along with more pumpkins and Halloween-like knick-knacks. Light up pumpkins on the fireplace and vases full of branches.

Next stop, dining room! It is really important in our family to always be able to sit around the dinner table together, it is where we create life lasting memories, so we are always head over heels about a great table scape. This fall we chose a neutral table cloth with warm taupe leave placemats thats we turned into a centerpiece! The dishes and glasses are in yellows and red to keep the fall theme. Finished the table with a ceramic pumpkin soup holder, perfect for dinners or just a centerpiece! And of course, our favorite wine, Three Wishes from Whole Foods!

Lastly, we will take this fall decor trip outside, because the front of your home needs some loving too! Next to the front door we have pillars holding up glass acting as a DIY table full of all fall goodies. Our windows are full of mums and more!
